Pain in lower back

The past few days I have had some cramping in my lower abdomen and there has been a few times that I have also had a sharp pain in my lower back and hips. The pain goes away after a little while and I feel fine! Has anyone else had pains similar to this?

I have another question too!! I was going to wash some of the sheets and things I have for the nursery and put them away so I got a bottle of dreft but I was wondering do you use fabric softener as well? What kind?

I am having the same pains :(  yay for pregnancy symptoms haha.

WTE says that you can use any detergent you want, just try washing babies clothes with yours and if their skin looks rashy at all, then switch back to any detergent that is free of colors or fragrances, which means a fabric softener probably isn't good if regular detergent causes baby's skin to be rashy.  So just try it out and see what works :)

I use all free and downey free softener - because their skin is so sensitive I would want it to be as soft as possible.
