I know this lady that had really bad heartburn and when she had her baby Boy he had no hair at all so its all a myth

I'm needing help with this too! I only have heartburn when Im pregnant and I tell you this one is the WORST! Eveything gives me heartburn...the worst being plain old water :( Im trying to manifest her to have a head full of red hair like mine so DF tells me its all my fault that I have this heartburn lol

Thanks for the advice with my second pregnancy I would drink milk and it helped then but not with this one

I have severe acid reflux with a hiatal hernia if that is spelled right. I eat tums like there is no tomorrow. Eating something every time you drink is good to hold the acid down. I also try not to eat or drink a few hours before I go to bed cuz that can make it worse at night, Everyone is differnet though. Just try all you can and find what works.

I have found mint chocolate chip ice cream or a glass of milk before bed is helpful for me at night.
