itchy during pregnancy

I've been very itchy.  I don't know if it's from the cold weather or from pregnancy.  Usually during winter my legs itch, but nothing else really.  Now,  it's my legs stomach, and breasts.  It gets worst at night and when I wake up I find scatch marks on me not realizing I'm scatching myself.  I do put lotion on and it really does that work that well.  Is anyone else experiencing this??

My belly has been itching pretty badly.  I didn't even realize it could be pregnancy related, but now am pretty sure that's exactly what it must be.

I am the same way and no matter how much lotion I put on it makes no differeence! I noticed that when my legs itch alot more I am swollen though. My belly was itching and since I got this new progesterone cream it has stopped. I put it on my belly arms or thighs. It has Eucerin and vit E in it. Thinking that has something to do with it. I know Vitamin C helps with the streching itch as it helps the cologen in your skin. Butthe hormones might still taek over:) We have no were to hide ladies:)

Bio oil is good to use during pregnancy. It should help with the itching and also helps prevent stretch marks!

I've been the same as well. Like Steph said I think its a combination of the pregnancy and our bodies stretching and the winter.... I just keep lotioning up!!

I've been the same way. I'm assuming that it's a combination of the weather and the skin stretching that's bugging me to death. Sometimes it really bothers me and I'll wake up over and over again scratching at my legs or my back or my belly.
