back pain
Any of you experiencing back pain?! Omg its not cool ;( any tips to somewhat relieve it??
I was just thinking about buying one of those air pillow thingys for the tub so ocean relax in there Lol. How far along are you??
Who could forget those!!! Lol but thanks for the response I have been using a heating pad and hell yeah it does relieve pain I just thought maybe someone had other tricks! Lol guess theres no way around it -_-
When I fall asleep on my back, my lower back aches when I get up. Tylenol and back rubs help. Those heated pads would probably help also. They were good at relieving menstrual cramps..remember those? Lol
