hey Zara
to be super safe I would stay clear of alcohol,  coffee,  soft cheese, deli meats,  left overs, raw fish including oysters, mussels, pate. I have heard of an awful story where one buys of pate on a cracker did some awful damage.  it was on 60 minutes Australia. xx
