It really means a lot that you're being so helpful
Thanks dear, you're putting my heart at ease :-)
No problem :) it's so common and they are very well equipped to deal with it! It won't affect the labor process at all, much less your body or the baby. Reading google will get you so upset, that's why I always ask my doctor if I have questions, if he doesn't seem concerned then I don't get concerned. Also, this is my 2nd child so I already know what to expect it's different when your expecting your first :)
Thanks Cristina... I didnt even know what it was or what it did until a few weeks ago :-[ I guess it's a bacteria that some adults have and some don't. I'm just scared that my labor will be quick and the antibiotics won't be as effective. I don't want anything to happen to my little Joseph :-[

Don't stress over it! It's extremely common, I've read that 30% of women have it and its great that doctors are are to identify those who do before birth. The only thing that's different is that you will have to have a bag of antibiotics during labor. I had mine done a few days ago and came up negative but I have read about it and my doctor talked to me about it before I got the culture done. Relax, your baby and you will be just fine :) I would also try and refrain from reading stuff on google, it does nothing but freak you out even more. Try not to get so worked up, baby feels stress when you feel stress and its not good. If you need extra reassurance call your doctors office but everything will be fine :)
I am no help I passed out so I didn't really ask about it.
