I messaged you!! Lol I don't want to blow up this post!!
Well I had a c-section with my first...her heartbeat was irregular so they rushed me in the OR for the emergency c-section. This time around I have to have another one because of how I was cut with my first...the risk of delivering by vaginal is too dangerous and could result in me rupturing my uterus and then I would be in a mess then. It's okay though...I am scared but remaining positive. 2 more months!!!??? OMG! Are you fully prepared yet? I am totally unprepared...mentally and physically.
Haha girl power!! Now he has to watch over all of his girls :) why are you having a csection? I can't believe how fast time has really went by. So far I have not had one of those slow days! 2 months to goooo!!! :) I'm beyond scared lol
I guess it does depend upon the doctor...however all of my friends had two week follow-ups after their 28th week appointment. I have no idea why a doctor would wait until 34 weeks to see a patient again that far along in the pregnancy. Idk?
Anywho Cali, I am having another baby girl! My husband said he's officially out numbered lol I am also due to have another c-section. I will set a date at my 28th week appointment. I'm getting really excited...!!!!
I'm on second baby and just had 28 week appt. Next one is at 34 weeks. First time round I had them every 2 weeks after 28. They'll also want urine sample on each visit to check for uti's and other such complications which are treatable. I had blood taken at 28 weeks appt but forgot to ask what for - probably diabetes check or something so you'll get the results at next appt. Enjoy! :-)
Thanks for the response! I posted this in another forum and got a lot of responses basically it seemed like it depends on your doctor Lol idk I'm going to ask at my next appt just to make sure!
Were pretty much in the same boat for this ride what are you having? :)
Hey I'm due July 15 as well! I too have an appointment in two weeks and I will be 28 weeks as well. After this 28th week appt we will have an appointment every two weeks. At these appointments, our blood pressure will be checked, feet, hands and face for swelling, overall feelings whether good or bad will also be evaluated...if a test came back positive for something...it will be discussed as well. It's almost time for delivery...
Congrats and start preparing for your LO to greet you soon!
