20 weeks and all is well!

I just returned from my big 20 week ultrasound and everything is great! Two arms, two legs, healthy organs, measurements right on! Whew! Good news. I was just a tiny bit worried because of my age. (38)
Heartrate was 139. I am NOT finding out the gender this time and it was kinda hard not to ask, but we didnt! So we dont know!
All my children and husband were gathered around me and it was so cute to hear them saying--"Look at that arm!" "Look at that tiny foot!" "Awww it's so cute!"
Its so amazing to see that tiny human moving around inside you. I love it so much.
I was thinking how there is no one else in the world we can love so much before we ever even meet them personally! That is the ONLY relationship that is INSTANT love. Without even "knowing" or meeting them first.

Well I just wanted to update everyone...cant believe I am already half-way done!

I had my 20 week u/s today too!  Everything was great on this end.  I know that I am having a little girl and all measurements were correct.  My parents are coming to visit next week.  I have to go in for u/s every 2 weeks - high risk... age, prior m/c's and hypothyroid.  This will be the first time my parents will see an u/s since my nephew was born 23 years ago.  I am one of 6 kids so this should be exciting!

Congratulations on the positive report!!! Ultrasounds can be soooo reassuring and such a special time when you share them with your loved ones. I hope the rest of your pregnancy runs just as smoothly. :)
