Fibroids/pain/risk

I found out I'm 12wks 4 days pregnant...heard the heartbeat (162bpm) :-)... But I also have 2 fibroids inside my uterus.... My doctor said she could feel them when I had my physical exam this past week... Well, since Wednesday 11/24 ..the right side of my stomach and lower abdomen is in pain...it's not unbearable, just really annoying, and I can't walk or move around as fast as normal....vie tried lying down with a heating pad and that seems to work..just wanted to know if there was anyone in the same situation? Any recommendations? Or what can be done, b/c my doctor said they won't necessarily cause me probs...but may get in the way of delivery.... Thanks any info Would help

Thanks 4 the response...And no, I'm not 100% sure ...I've had some stretching, and those pains don't usually get to me ...but I know I have a fibrous for sure, and I just have this feeling that , the fibroids are the culprit...and I have a cyst on my ovary as well.... But, I have an appointment this Tuesday to figure out whats really going on... Thanks 4 the reply...you've helped more than u know :-)
