Some soda is safe to drink every now and then, but not 2+ cans/bottles/glasses a day. The sugar and excess caffeine is not too good for developing baby.
It's not a good idea to drink a lot of sugared soda (especially since high-fructose corn syrup is usually used, and it is equivalent of 12 teaspoons of sugar per can of pop). Too much sugar during pregnancy is implicated in kids getting diabetes later in life. Not that it is a much better idea to drink diet soda, because those are full of pretty nasty chemicals.
Try cutting your Coke in half with sparkling water. You might find that there is not a lot of difference in taste. Then taper from there.
