How's is everyone?

So some of us have hit our 2nd trimester last week or this week. How are you feeling?

I'm ok. I waited too long to eat yesterday and got really sick. I had to take a nap and still wasnt feeling well. I'm really tired of eating, then i never get full. I'll be happy to see my 2nd trimester.

i'm just about 14w now and still vomiting, almost every day. waiting too long to eat and/or getting too full = very bad. it ***** because i used to love to eat and now i sort of hate it. i never just *want* to eat-- i only make myself so that i won't throw up, which doesn't always work.

i'm honestly not sure i could go through this again!

i am just hoping that the sickness will diminish, i hear stories of entire pregnancies spent vomiting and right now, i just can't imagine dealing with that. i've broken down & cried a few times just from being so sick of having my head in the toilet. none of the remedies seem to work for me, though i will try just about anything!

I am now 16w1d and everything look good. I still experienced vomitting but not always. Still due date March 2, 2010.

Does the 2nd trimester starts on week 12 or 13?

you poor thing. i threw up my entire nine months with my first and for the first 6 months with my second. this is my 3rd and some days the throwing up is pretty bad and then i go some days without throwing up at all. since turning 12 weeks i probably have only throwed up like 4 times over the past 7 days. i was gaining weight steadily at first but its slowed down now. i weigh myself at home but am not paranoid about it. i just eat 6 small healthy meals a day and drink lots of water and that helps alot!! i'll be 13 weeks this sat but am not sure exactly when the 2nd trimester starts. i hear 13 weeks and i hear 14 weeks so i dotn really know lol. i dont think its your folic acid causing you to throw up. maybe u should switch to a prenatal multivitamin like materna rather than just taking folic acid alone she if that helps.

its very obvious to others that am pregnant. though majority of it is bloating and weight ive gained on my tummy. had my tummy not gained so much weight i think i would only have a small bump but my weight gain along iwth my grwoing uterus makes me look like am 5 months or more prego! people keep coming up to my tummy to feel my baby move because they think am further along though i can feel the baby. they cant feel it from the outside.

Glad to hear everyone is doing Ok.....Well, I am still in the 1st trim, but not to much longer then I'll be in my 2nd!! I have an Ob appt on Monday for my 12w check up, I am hoping to get another u/s done!! But we will see, I guess. I have been a bit more crampy than normal and the other Ob said I need to drink more water.....Ugh I hate water! But thank god i havent gain any weight I'll lost a lbs! Hope everyone else is doing good!! Also I am going in for an early gender u/s!! Cant wait!

Me too in my 2nd now. This is my 14th week. I am still throwing up everyday during evenings.. I have this burning sensation in my stomach around 4 o clock and it goes away only after throwing up... i used to eat whatever i can during that time but it doesnt help.. i still throw up everything.. i am getting a bit depressed about it. i wonder if it is the folic acid causing this..
I haven't gained or lost any weight but my tummy is bulging a little bit. Can make out if i wear something figure hugging. I am wondering when usually people start gaining weight..any idea??

I've waited a bit too long too to eat, and it was baaaad.  :P
I am also very happy to be in my 2nd now!!  The 1st was so bad that I contemplated to never have another baby.  However, now that it's over, I think that if the good Lord blesses me with another baby, I'll be fine.  :)
I go to the doc again on Monday (9-14-09), and I'll be 15 weeks.  Hopefully she'll finally do an ultrasound because it's so not fair that so many of you guys have pics of your baby and I don't.  :(  Guess I'll have to make her!  LOL
