u/s done showing sac and signs of cell development but no heartbeat!

i am between 7 and 8 weeks pregnant, i had a scan done two weeks ago as i was in a car accident. Everything seemed ok they could see a sac and said that it was to early to see anything else so they told me to come back in two weeks for another one! last wednesday i had some bleeding, i went in for my u/s today they could see the sac and that it had grown from the last scan but their was a shadow covering the sac, so they could not see the fetus to hear if their was a heartbeat, their was some signs that cells had formed! They told me that i may have miscarried, and to come back in another two weeks for another scan to see for def! i am really worried now and have convinced myself that i lost it as i cant handle thinking am pregnant for another two weeks to find out i lost it as i was devestated today! i have some cramping but have that since the beginning of my pregnancy! is this normal and is their any hope that efverything will be ok! any advice welcome!

I know your scard and have every right to be. I think when they told you that you had M/C that you MIGHT be. IF they say the sac and that you have NOT M/C and need to take care of youself.
If it were me I wouldnt wait a two weeks to go back they can tell if there has been any growth with in a week. I went through a simaler event in Dec and Jan and finally had to have a D&C in Jan. ITs hard but remember your not alone.
If it where me I would ask to be seen sooner.

(((Hugs)))) and keep ther faith, miracles happen all the time, they just requrie faith.
