Thank you ladies ...bgood advise on the body pillow i have one but its so uncomfortable. I finally saw my dr. He said its the baby pressing against my nerves and its also the baby weight that im gaining..my little boy is always on my left. Which it makes the pain even worst.

He said walking is the only cure for it. And his right. Every time i walk i forget about the pain. Aslo walking helps to relax your back mucles. Less pain.

I have the same problem to the point where I have a lot of sleepless nights. Have you considered a body pillow or maternity pillow? I read that they work and they have been helping me a bit the past couple nights. Make sure to put the pillow or any pillow between your legs also. Good luck!

I'm 21 weeks and i do a lot of running around also and both my hips bother me it could be because ur calcium in take is low ur body is struggling  to hold the extra baby weight to the point where the baby is weighing u down...my advice drink milk more often to strengthen ur bones and give urself a chance to relax
