Concerned

I'm 38 weeks today, and been having back spasms, cramping but not frequently, they are coming and going. I'm worried, concerned, because although my nipples and breast feel like they are on fire, I have not been leaking and no milk, anything is coming out. Is this normal? WillI eventually get to breast feed? Next Monday I will be induced too and still no sign of milk. I was able to breast feed my first 7 years ago. Help....thanks!:-)

Try pumping like you would normally do to get the milk flowing.

No. I am formula feeding. My nurse advised me to put cabbage leaves in my sports bra to stop & dry the milk, so I do it before bed!

I'm 38 weeks today as well. My contractions start out as feeling like muscle spasms but increase and move to my stomach and up my stomach.,  I am so ready for my son to be born

Did you breast feed? They are coming and going, and today not so much just upper back pain.

My milk didn't come in 3 days till after my birth. Don't worry although it sounds like you're having some contractions already?
