I'm a runner and due at the end of Nov and planning on running as long as I'm physically able. I got pregnant in the middle of a very intense training cycle and have kept up my training. I've backed off on the intensity but I still need to run and workout for my sanity!

That's good.  I'm going to try my best to stay fit. Atleast walking. It can only be a benefit and I think your body will let you know if your doing too much

I wanted to before I got pregnant,  I'm 7 weeks and I did research you can exercise but nothing outta the ordinary,  they recommend you not to try a crazy working out regimen that your body isn't use  to. So maybe light exercises are good and just a healthy diet :)

I didn't take very good care of myself my first pregnancy and gained 60+. I plan on working out and watching what I'm eating this time around. Not giving into my tendency to stress eat or every little craving will be hard though, so will the fatigue.

I was thinking about getting a gym membership and maybe a fitness trainer, but nothing too expensive tho. I hear working out makes labor a little easier
