I've had shortness of breath since about 20 weeks, would happen when i wasn't doing anything at all rather than when i exerted myself. Getting it at this stage is much more normal for the obvious reason of the enormous babies pressing against our insides lol. I've been dealing with it by sitting down and taking deep calm breaths until it passes. If you panic and take shallow quick breaths you might start feeling dizzy, then panicking more, and it all gets worse! I hope this helps, not long to go now :)

Mines caused by my son being so high up. I was told to try and push him downward or to the side,  but of course half the time he is stubborn and moves right back or decides he wants to stretch out as much as possible so that he can't be moved.
