I woke up this morning with alot of pressure on my stomach it wasn't the bottom of my stomach it was my whole stomach .. i threw up twice and and have a bit of diahrrea ? Whats going on with me im scared !?
I don't know what it is but you should ring your doctor. Don't panic just give your doctor a ring.
