My son used to get yeast-based diaper rashes, and of all things, Vagisil cleared them up.

I use only pampers, even my hospital only gave pampers, and I haven't had any issues of diaper rashes really except some redness and it cleared up in a few changes with the desitin. I have heard of a lot of people having diaper rashes with Huggies especially, so it might help with trying pampers.

I use Destin too. That's some good stuff. But I would call her dr right away too, just because they may say to try something else. Maybe try a new brand of diapers too, they may be irritating her butt too.

If you are breastfeeding putting a little breast milk and letting it dry  might help

What kind of diapers are you using? I agree...no powder. Can cause skin irritation.

I swear by the brand Butt Paste for all diaper rashes. It's the only thing that worked for my daughter. Yes I agree let it air out for a little bit and stop with the powder. Don't wipe her bum kind of pat it so it doesn't hurt as bad

Talk to her pediatrician.  If it has gotten so bad that there is blood, you might want to get a better cream for it.  I agree, no powder.

I would stop putting powder, it could be irritating her bum. Shes got diaper rash so its best to avoid wipes too. Try only wiping her with warm water on a cloth when you change her. Let her bum air out for an hour or so  during the day. Aquaphor is good for rashes or coconut oil.
