I don't want my mother in law or anyone kiss my baby's mouth

I don't think is hygienic . My mother on law kisses my nephews mouth all the time . And is kind of annoying  plus she face him down on her lap . I won't allow her to do that with my son .. I really like and respect her but o have my limited  and restrictions.  What do you think ladies  . Do you like people in your family relatives be kissing your new born babies ? .

I hate when people kiss babies on the mouth (with the exception of parents)! My hubby's side of the family is the worst. Grown people will kiss the babies and even the 7 year old and 5 year old on the mouth. I told him Noone better kiss our babies mouth except for me and him and even then it's werid to me.

I agree with you spring....I'm not so much worried about germs as I am thinking it's gross lol lol I won't let people do that to my baby either.

Because they are grandma's and that's what they do lol. Even if you tell them no I don't like it they will.. I have told my grandma not to give my daughter cookies all the time but she does it behind my back!

So you will let her kiss anywhere on his face? But not the lips? I still feel like you're going to get germs or whatever you're worried about regardless
