I've ate crab or lobster tail once a week. My doc said it's fine as long as it's not high mercury dish like swordfish or tuna. She said fish is really good for you in moderation...just like Sarah and showard said above.
It might depend on where it is from. Look online -- there is heavy metal contamination in, for example, fish from the Atlantic Ocean, but not the same problem in fish from Alaska.
I ate some clams n other sea food befor i knew i was prego. Some is actualy good for u. But im fine lol
It's fine. Just has to be fully cooked and in moderation.
