Take some iron.  It sounds like you have anemia.  If you can't handle it in pills, get it in iron-rich foods.  If you can't tolerate it that way, get an iron shot from your doc.

Sometimes lab tests with "average numbers" don't tell the whole story.  A pregnant woman has a LOT more blood than average women - both plasma and red blood cells - and so it's likely that a lab test  average amount of iron might not be enough to sustain that level of red blood cells.

Craving for crunching ice is related to hemoglobin/red blood cells/iron whether the iron appears to be within the normal ranges in a lab test.

I am the same, I love crushed ice! I even get up in the middle of the night to get a glass of ice. As a matter of fact I'm eating some now.  Lol. Never did it with my last two pregnancies.  And I didn't start craving it until 26 weeks I'm 29 weeks now.

Yes, craving ice is a sign that you are iron deficient. Tell your doctor for sure and get on an iron supplement to make sure you and baby get enough iron.
