Exercising is supposed to help. There are also good counselors out there who do work for people who get panic attacks.
I get them all the time too. Just thinking about pregnancy gives me one lol if I'm home I try to take a hot bath....it relaxes me....I also do what KLOVES said... I just try to focus on something else. I try exercising and meditating but that doesn't really work for me .bathes and focusing work though. Also ask your doc....they have good tips.
Try breathing in your hands very slowly. Or read, take a warm bath, draw, just anything to get your mind off
I get them too, very often at random times and it *****!! I try to focus on something else and calm myself down by saying it's all a mind thing. I don't know how to stop it but try to put your attention on something else as fast as you can.
