Tylenol may help, as well a hot pack on your back, if your able to get one from someone there, maybe try a massage, pregnancy is a good reason to receive one and they can really help ease the pain.

Your shoes are really important. Make sure you wear decent shoes & swap them out. You can't wear the same pair every day. Different low heel heights are good. Also, soak in the tub with Epsom salt. You need to add at least 2 cups of the salt to the tub. I add 3 cups sometimes--after yoga. It totally helps all muscle aches. I practice my relaxation breathing while soaking. I also sit with heating pad on back with feet up most evenings to wind down. I battle sciatic nerve pain too but you gotta walk for that.
My doctor prescribed a pregnancy back brace for me. I have to jobs one sitting all day one standing all day and let me tell you sitting and standing both hurt my back and you're totally right you can't stay in a hot shower all day. If I were you I would talk to your OB about a pregnancy brace. I go to get mine fitted tomorrow the OB said it will help tremendously
I've packs we're the only thing that helped my back pain...it wasnt instant relief but it did help ease the pain afyer a while
Omg...following! I have a pregnancy pillow I sleep with but I still have terrible lower back pain. I'm miserable.
I have it too. I take Tylenol for mine, sometimes it works.. but other than that I just have to deal with it.
