Am I pregnant?

I have been on birth control for 6 months. I was taking Gildess up until 3 weeks ago, where i started on Sprintec (Gildess was making me bleed very irregularly). I've been taking it very regularly, at the same time every day. Last saturday, I took my pill as normal. Saturday night, I had sex without a condom. Sunday, I took my pill as normal, but threw up about half an hour later, and am pretty convinced I threw up the pill. Am I still protected? Or should I be very concerned? I'm waiting until my period comes to take a pregnancy test (I'm expecting it in about 4 days). I'm freaking out and this waiting game is killing me.

It's highly unlikely you could get pregnant from one missed pill - but by now you've probably taken a pregnancy test.
