First time pregnancy

I'm honestly only 17 I'm very scared and not sure what to do. I'm just looking for advice about things I should and shouldn't do. I'm probably 5-6 weeks not sure yet.

My period was very irregular. I could go anywhere between 30 to 52 days without a period. I have always been that way though. If yours is normally on time you should go get a pregnancy test just to see if you are or aren't.

I experience white discharge all the time, even before I was pregnant. It wasn't just after having sex either. I wish I could help you but I'm really not sure. If you think you maybe pregnant you can always go get a test. They have $1 ones at dollar stores and if a cheap on says you're pregnant you probably are. I always buy two just to be sure and I take them both. The best time to take one is in the morning when you first wake up. I hope this helped you some. Hope you have a good day.

Matter if its a simple choice or a big one he or she should always have number one priority. Listen to what your momma gut tells you but also don't sweat the small things either your baby is going to get sick and hurt and its going to make you feel just as bad as it does them. And be prepared to face alot of questions and criticism as a young mom but don't take it to heart it doesn't matter what anyone says as long as you're doing your best and your baby and you are healthy and happy that's all that matters let the rest roll off your shoulders. You can do this, it won't be easy but being a mom is completely worth it.  I wish you the best sweetie.

Well I'm not sure when I will be able to get into the doctor. I know that this is going to be tough, and I'm prepared for that. I've always been able to stay strong in the storm. Thanks very much.

Being a new mom can be very scary I was 22 when my daughter was born and even at that age I was nervous, its normal to be scared. The best advice I can give you is no matter what always listen to your doctor and don't be afraid to ask questions and always do what's best for your baby no m

Walking is also very good exercise for you and your baby..Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and also drink lots of milk as it helps with the growing of bones and so on(your daily calcium intake is very important)..

Just relax, these comments are so up tight. Just remember 40 years ago there weren't all these rules and babies turned out perfectly healthy! Ask your doctor on what is best for you and your peanut. A healthy pregnancy and baby your way mama! God bless, you can do this!

Other than what has already been advised I would say bring any and all concerns up to your doctor. Diclose everything. They can help you so much with being nervous and whatnot just by addressing your thoughts. Don't feel silly about any question.

I've eaten cold meat laid on my back lift heavier than 10-15lbs.  And taken other medications to Tylenol. My baby was perfectly healthy and I carried till 40weeks and 2 days and had no pain relief and I was 17. I'm now 22weeks pregnant with my second. It's really people just assuming that's what will hurt baby! Just concentrate on what you thinks best! Just enjoy it!!

Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. Take 1 prenatal vitamin a day. Get in to see a doctor around 8 to 12 weeks pregnant. Sleep on your left side. Don't lay on your back. Only take Tylenol if you have a headache, no other pain reliever medication is safe. Don't eat any soft cheeses. Make sure all meats cooked thru. If you forget to take a prenatal vitamin, don't double up on them. Don't lift anything over I think it's 10 to 15 lbs.

I have been taking my prenatal vitamins and allergy medicine. My mom said it would be okay if I took it. I always sleep on my left side so that will be easy. Thanks so much :)
