panicking , please help

Im 14. I think im pregnant, but im not really sure. I had unprotected sex January 4th and yesterday i started experiencing some watery red spotting, nausea, and cramps. Today ive been nauseous almost all day, cramps and im bleeding heavier than yesterday. Im not sure if this is my regular period or if i could be pregnant? Someone please help . :(

It sounds like you're having your period and you are not pregnant. If you're still concerned though you can buy a pregnancy test a an Walmart for a $1 and any Dollar store for a $1, no questions asked about your age or anything because they're bought over the counter.
You're so very young. I highly recommend you go to a women's clinic to get on birth control. You can google women's clinic in your area, and also Planned Parenthood. They will give you condoms for free and other forms of birth control for free depending on your income. Depending on what state you live in you can go with a friend and not have to take a parent. That's if you feel more comfortable not taking your mom with you.
