You can get pregnant your first time so protection should have been used.
Yes, you could be pregnant. I recommend you buy a pregnancy test. Take it with your first morning urine. They can be bought at almost any store buy they only cost a dollar at the Dollar Store, if you have one close to you. If you don't then you can buy them at Walmart for a dollar. Some Walmarts have an 88 cents bin. Many of the girls on this site say those are just as good as the more costly ones.
I will give you some advice since you're so young. Please research woman's clinics in your area. Just put in Planned Parenthood, family planning or woman's clinics and your zip code. They will give you free condoms and depending on your income , other forms of birth control for free. Since you're only 15 I take it you have no income of your own so you should be able to get either the pill, the shot, the implant and of course condoms for free. You should also be able to go on your own. Yes, someone will have to drive you. I mean a friend and not one of your parents.
Try to buy a pregnancy test very soon to find out if you're pregnant ot not. If you're not it will take a lot of stress off of you and then you can get started on birth control.

Okay first off you are not going to have back pain that early in pregnancy. You could be late because you're just dwelling on the fact that there is a possibility that you're pregnant. It's called a hysterical pregnancy. You stress yourself out and get symptoms of pregnancy and the stress causes delay on your period. Also the first time you have sex it can mess with your cycle. Unless you wanna be pregnant you need to use protection. You're 15 and you don't need a baby right now.
