could i be pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend use the pull out meathod. He pulls out before he actually ejaculates and masterbates a little bit to "finish" i always watch this process to ensure NO actual ejaculation isn't near my lady parts. Well, around the beginning of April we had sex about a week after my period and it looked as though he barley pulled out in time. I'm in college and can't afford a child so i purchased a plan b pill the next day. about a week after taking the pill i had heavy heavy spotting. i had to wear a tampon for three days. (could have that been my period?) anyway, we've had sex a couple times after that, but like i said before i make sure ejaculation doesn't happen until he is completely away from me. I took a test around the time my period was due (April 22) and it was negative. it's now May 4th and my breast feel sore, i'm having white discharge (i almost always have white discharge though), and my stomach just feels uncomfortable & still no period? could this be from the plan b?

Yes,  this could just be from PlanB.  It can cause bleeding for quite awhile,  and some odd symptoms.  

I'd really suggest,  though,  that you use a more reliable method than just pulling out - that's pretty risky.
