I need advice

During the begining of september I had a horrible sharp pain in my right ovary, it was even painful to have sex. It finally stopped hurting, On the 18th I started my period with horrible cramps and a lot of clotting then it went away and I had a normal period. Normally my period last 7 days but this one only lasted 5, there was a lot of brown mucous as well. I stopped my period on thursday and woke up friday with horrible stomach cramps, then from thatday on I have had a headache, im fatigued and have gotten quite dizzy which has made me nausea. I had sex on on my fertile days which was sept 1-6. I had sex on sept 3rd and 6th. I have taken several hpt and they have turned out all the be negative. I need advice, what is going on with me? What should i do? Has anyone experienced this before? Also I am suppose to be ovulating at this time, I have no cm what so ever. This has been going on for a couple of days.

They do often go away on their own, especially a fluid-filled cyst.  They can hurt like crazy before they drain.  I used to pound on my side with my fist in hopes of breaking them open.  Like that would do much good.  lol

Thank you so much. That really helped a lot. Although reading online they said that they would go away on there own?

It sounds like an ovarian cyst.  Once when I had had one, my gyn said, "Was your last period kind of weird?" and it had been.  Your ob-gyn would be able to tell by looking at your ovaries by ultrasound if you have an active cyst or one that has just drained.  They can definitely affect your next ovulation.
