I'm 39 weeks as well and been getting the same cramps in my legs . Just keep stretching them out, walk heaps and drink ALOT of water it really helps :)
The potassium in bananas help me.
Water water water, I get them when I'm the least dehydrated. But when I do get them stretching toes to shins does help, which when I heard that seemed crazy because I thought it would hurt worse but it did indeed help!

When I stretch it cramps /.\
I wish there was a way to make them go away but I haven't had any luck my calves are sooo sore from the cramps. They cramp up every single night and its to the point now I can barely walk there so sore
Try to stretch them before bed and during the day when you remember. By pulling your toes towards your shin, hopefully that helps. Best of luck
