Hi, welcome to medhelp and I am very, very sorry for your loss.  It sounds like you are looking for help with grief and maybe some clues as to what went wrong.  You could try the overcoming grief forum http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Overcoming-Grief--Loss/show/12 .  As for what happened to your little one, maybe some others on this forum can give you some insight.  My heart goes out to you.
