I'm STARVING but EVERYTHING sounds gross & Makes me wanna puke. :(
Not really a question more of a venting. I really wanna eat but the thought of food makes me gag.
I cant even watch food comercials without wanting to puke :( Hopefully it gets better soon.

Its okay i was the same wau. They have ones u take normally and onea u ler dissolve. They are wayy better with nausea.  I finally can eat again.. and good. Now i have horrible heartburn lol one thing after another

Are you supposed to disolve them? I thought you were just supposed to pop them. I hope it gets better! I am sick 24/7 unless I am asleep or take the promethizine the Dr. Also perscriped me but they make you sleep for like 20 hours straight & with my fiance's 3 year old I cant be sleeping like that.

But anyways, Thank you! (:
Hopefully soon I can start eatting good food again.
Honestly I don't know the last time I ate meat I mean besides a beef jerky stick. Which sounds AMAZING right now lol sorry I'm all over the place haha.

Maybe this will make u feel better. From weeks 8 til about 17 weeks... i was soooo sick all the time and zofran never work (dissolve under tonuge is best.) The zofran worked wonders around 16-17 weeks and now i feel so muxh better about food. I still dont eat alot like i hear some.pregnant woman are alway hungry. But i eat wayyy way better and only get sick once in.a great while. (:

I'm 8w5d & I've found that cold things help like grapes or popcicles. But not the Zofran they perscriped me. :(

You should try something really bland, like crackers, or plain cookies. I used to eat a plain butter sandwich, and that always helped. Or,a glass of milk or a small piece of cheese, just to coat your stomach. ginger ale really helps too, anything with ginger really.
