I did it. i don't drink regular drinks at all they are to strong. but i never did it every day. maybe 10 times this pregnancy. other than that just water and power aid. i don't think one a day can hurt you.

I drank loads a day of the caffeine free versions. Had to stop drinking around 30 weeks due to indigestion. Just watch your caffeine intake x

My pregnancy book actually recommends if you're going to drink pop make it regular not diet because the aspartame in diet pop can be harmful to your baby... Plus it can cause cancer in general!

I still drink soda. Just don't over do it. I limit myself to one a day. I get caffeine headaches so a soda a day keeps me sane. I can't wait to be able to drink coffee again though!

Id steer clear of diet. Its way worse for you than regular pop whether your pregnant or not

ive heard and read the same things as the ladies above stated, aspartame is horrible for you. it makes diet pop worse for you than regular so i'd stick to regular soda and as long as it isnt much and you drink plenty of water you'll be good :)
