No. You need to keep your blood sugar stable, eating once a day will spike it then cause it to crash. Also it can send your body into starvation mode and cause you to store more fat instead of using it right away for energy. It can mess with your digestion and make you constipated. It can increase your risk of miscarriage and could cause your baby problems. You should try and eat 5-6 small meals a day. If this remains difficult for you, talk to your doctor ASAP.
If your preggers its probably better to eat 6 small meals a day. I wouldnt recommend eating just once

I just have no appetite but baby girl is growing perfect. I take my prenatals every night. If you can only eat one meal a day, try incorporating healthy snacks like apples with peanut butter or granola bars.

Be sure to snack incorporate veggies, nuts, fruits, yogurt, & granola bars also drink plenty of water. And take your vitamins.
I really didnt eat with this pregnancy but the doctor told as long as i drink alot of fluids i will be fine
