Constipation:(

Have any of you experienced constipation while pregnant? What can I do to help it? I know I can't take meds so what alternatives do you know of? I haven't gone in 3 days && it's causing pain in my stomach and lower back. I don't remember ever being constipated before so I think it may be cause of my baby. Please help!

Advacado, oat meal, stool softeners. Get it treated though doll eitherwise u will be in so much pain. And can lead to chronic constipation.and possibly hemmroids.
