I've been having cramps but no bleeding, constipation, tender breasts, mood swings, and I have a slight bleeding spotting type period that lasted about a day and half, wondering if possibly I could be pregnant, but I don't know because I've never been pregnant before, is it possible, could someone give me advice please.

I would ask for a blood test. If you are pregnant your probably within the first five weeks and the pee stock doesn't always catch it. I knew when I was pregnant right away. Just because I felt different. Its better to be safe than sorry

It is possible that you are if you had unprotected sex in the last month. My advice would be to go get a pregnancy test and take it, if it comes out negative wait a week if your period still isn't right take another one.
