if your pregnant you should really be taking a prenatal vitamins unless your doctor for some reason would tell you not to.the iron and folic acid and your prenatal vitamins help and your baby to develop properly and avoid any birth defects and would probably help with your UTI has any vitamin B and cranberry capsules would

Vitamins. Esp if you didnt take any before pregnancy. If you're drinking a lot of water and no irritation or burning don't worry!

Vitamins often turn your pee yellow. UTIs are painful. You'd most likely notice a uti when youre having trouble peeing
