You can take the prenatal vitamins gummys those are the ones im takn since iwould throw up even the pills. So the onli thng i would be able to keep down medicine wise was the gummy prenatal ..

I take mine whenever I don't forget after I dismiss my alarm. And my baby is growing perfect he's gonna be a healthy 7-8 pound baby

If you don't take them then you need to be eating really healthy.  Making sure your are getting the proper amount of nutrients for you and the baby. If not the baby isn't receiving the vitamins and nutrition it needs and probably can result in the baby not being healthy or possibly health problems during your pregnancy.

I didn't take them at all this pregnancy, just folate in first trimester. I took prenatal vitamins for the first trimester with my first but my dr told me to stop taking them as they were made me extremely ill.
