Bio - oil is really a huge help . It fades them away . It's best to use it now while the stretch marks are new and dark

I'm 24w and have quite a big preggo  belly already. I've used coco butter cream on my boobs and stomach after showering each day. I don't have any stretch marks yet. Even if it doesn't prevent them it sure helps with the itching skin.

It helps them not be so bad but if you're going to get them then you can't stop them.

No stretch marks can NOT be prevented. Your skins elasticity is genetic. You either have a lot of elasticity or you don't ...the creams and oils help put some elasticity back into your skin but it will not prevent them from happening. Stretch marks are caused by your skin reaching its limits and the ripping , the actual mark itself is the healed scar tissue between where your skin ripped. The reason they itch is because of the healing process , itching them will not make them worse. You should mositurize your skin to help the healing process

I used bio oil literally almost every single time I got out of the shower since I was 14 weeks. And I still got them. I don't think they are as bad as they would have been but I think it just depends on the person bad their skin

No not really you're going to end up getting them you may not get them as bad if you moisturize though and they won't be as itchy
