nipple problems

okay so I am 15 weeks pregnant . My nipples the last two weeks have been bugging me to wear they are dry and peeling. now my question is what can I use to help that because them being so dry makes them swore. I tired lotion any other way to get them better

Nipple cream... They have it at Walmart in the breast feeding area

Coconut oil or Shea butter :) also try not to use soap around the area for a while, or use one that is specifically moisturizing. I find that some soaps/shower gels tend to make my skin really dry and tight feeling atm.
