Glucose Testing 4 Gestational Diabetes
My appt is coming up for the glucose test...and I stumbled across a site that recommends to not take the test bc of the toxic ingredients (BV). What are you guys thoughts??? Is it safe? Did you opt for another alternative? Like drinking OJ instead???
I took my glucose test thru blood I declined the glucola drink that ingredient that you discovered is actually called bvo brominated vegetable oil which was banned in the U.S yet it amazes me they still administer the test till this day just do plenty of Research in the topic and decide for yourself what's best ... Good luck ! P.s remember you still can go thru other channels as I have done to see if you have GEstational Diabetes
No problem. I wish I would've done that because the drink made me all lightheaded and gittery.
I've heard some doctor instead give people a whole snickers bar. Maybe you can ask your doctor to drink or eat something else because you don't feel like the drink is safe
