This is my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 6w. I began to bleed after having intercourse. Should I be worried?

I had bleeding afterwards too... I asked my OB that same thing and she said if it's just a little... like spotting then it's fine. If you go through a pad an hour or more then I'd go in.
