Hi there. Brown discharge is typically old blood and very common both in pregnancy and not. Many women experience it at the start or end of their period. Many women ALSO experience it during pregnancy. Usually your body is dispelling a bit of old blood. Happens very frequently after sex for example. good luck

A friend of mine had brown discharge when she was pregnant & it turned out she had gonorrhea... It could be blood too. I'd go get checked asap.
