I'm a little disappointed, the technician said she knew the gender within thirty seconds but the report she gave my doctor says 'gender not determined'  I really wanted to know..

  I tried that, but the hospital has a policy not to tell, they make you wait until you can talk to your doctor. Just have to wait until next week and try again.

Don't wait, ask her right there. Tell her if you get a clear shot you'd like to know the gender, she/he can tell you that, your doctor doesn't have to.

I do have to go back in next week for another u/s because she couldn't get all the measurements. My hormones are driving me nuts though, so I'm even more upset. I'm hoping next week she'll put the gender on the report because I don't like surprises lol

Sounds like shes not so sure, baby determines if they want mummy to know or not ;) glad scan went well x

Just call back and ask. If you talk to the same technician she can pull up your U/S scan photos and I'm sure that will jog her memory. You may get another U/S between now and delivery too
