It seems to have stopped. I am just dealing with the crampy achy feeling and the nurse said that could just be to my uterus stretching and growing. Thanks ladies, for now I am just going to do as little as I have to and try to just rest.
If it were me, I would want to be further checked out. Don't worry so much about the heavy lifting, just be careful not to do it any more if you can. There are so many things that it could be, or it could be nothing. I had some minor bleeding myself a few weeks ago and found out that I have a polyp on my cervix. Nothing to worry about but I have to take it easy. A friend of mine had early bleeding and she ended up miscarrying as well BUT like the previous person wrote that DOES NOT mean that you are. I think for peace of mine purposes I would want to be seen by a doctor.
I contacted my OB nurse and she said that as long as it doesn't get darker or heavier and the crampy achy feeling that I am having doesn't get worse then just to try to stay off my feet and rest the best I can.
If it were me I would probably try and get into the doc JUST to make sure everything was ok. I'd think if it were related to the heavy lifting it might have happened sooner. It could also just be a irritated cervix.
I dont' want to scare you but with my 2nd pregnancy I was 10 weeks and had some minor spotting. I went to the ER and turns out I miscarried. HOWEVER, many women have spotting in early pregnancy and it's nothing at all. *I* personally would just prefer to make sure all is well.
If you choose not to go get checked, do as you said and try to relax and stay off your feet as much as possible. I know that's easier said than done with 2 little ones.
