i am pregnant and feel sick

I went to the doctor on Monday i was sick with flu dry cough then the doctor ask me to do a pregnancy test as i told her that last month my period were a week early than before and i was feeling heartburn ,nausea, and i had pain in my stomach so we did the test and guess what it was positive then the doctor told me to come back aftre 2 weeks but now i've been getting like abdominal pains and cramps but they are light . Can you please tell me what is causing it and also now i don't like food i whish i could eat spices stuff like biltong

You're getting cramps because your uterus is expanding. I'm three months pregnant and I still get them once in a while. Nothing to worry about unless the pain is consistent and strong. Congratulations and good luck :)

Cramps are normal. I know that *****. When I had them I was like wth im pregnant and wont have my period but I still had period like cramps. It does go away tho.
