Ondestron spell check sorry and 4mg not the dissolving ones you put under your tongue the regular tablets you swallow they work wonderul for me

Anything carbonated helps. I cannot keep down ginger ale so I drink sprite or Pepsi.

There are these things called preggie pops they sell them at babies r us they are all natural suckers or you come in hard candies that really help with nausea! They seriously saved my life I was so sick, they're only like 2 dollars for a pack of them, I recommend the hard candies over the suckers cause they have better flavors. Definitely give them a try I swear by them

I drink a lot of ginger ale or chew on ice and make sure not to get hungry snack on stuff through out the day
