Nothing really. I've still been having sex and working and everything. Dr said it was normal for me because it's my third and I started preterm labor with all of them

with my second pregnancy, I was 28 weeks when the  doctor checked me and said I was dilated 1 cm.... I stayed that way, then had to be induced at 40 weeks...so don't worry, if you are dilated it doesn't necessarily mean that you are going to have early labor

Then I'm guessing that it should be okay. They probably just don't want you doing things that can cause contractions. I have a friend who was 1cm dilated at 37 weeks and didn't have her baby until almost 41 weeks. Good luck! :)

I don't get checked until I'm in labor, so I'm not sure if I'm dilated at all. But did the doctor who checked you give you any instructions on what to do to keep baby in at least for 5 weeks?
