This is my first pregnancy im 36 weeks is it normal to have piercing back pains n mild cramps??has anyone experienced this??

If they go away it can be normal.(if u lay down take a bath take Tylenol) However if they continue it could be contractions. Time them and see how far apart they are and if they are regular and move closer together u may want to call your ob and go to the hospital. Good luck.
