10 weeks? or 14?

I am a first time mom.. 20 years old :)
Okay so I went to the docs at 7 weeks. They didn't do any tests on me. Just confirmed that I am pregnant. Now I have a bump and I am 10 weeks. This isn't normal..  i know my last period wasn't normal but now I wonder if I go to the doctors tomorrow, how will they be able to tell me exactly how many weeks I am? I could really use some help.. :/

It could be constipation.. Everything slows down and your bowls relax so more nutrients can be absorbed for the baby.. that can cause bloating
And the hardness you feel.

I know what bloating feels like though. When i press on my stomach, it is hard like.  I can't press into my stomach.  Just a little freaked out :(

You could be bloating. The bloating you get in early pregnancy makes you look like your showing when your not, you will notice a difference when you actually start showing

They will confirm by ultrasound measurements and bloating can make you appear extremely pregnant. My belly remained the same rounded size from 11wks til I was 5 months.
